The Client, Google, reached out to Always On Point to design and execute an event to host startups from various African markets to provide access to the best of Google, its people, network, and advanced technologies - helping startups thus build great products.

The event was going to host some of Africa’s emerging startups in the city of Lagos. We designed the event venue, setup and activities to be inspiring, stimulate creativity and collaboration. To spur the conversational and convivial spirit required for collaboration between the startup founders and the hosts, we lounges were created for all breakfast sessions as well as other meal sessions. Always On Point provisioned sound, audiovisual aids, internet access, power distribution around the hall, full course meals, finger foods, snacks, desserts, non-alcoholic cocktails, props & branding, goodie gift bags and medical kit. Always On Point also organized and executed a tour for the startup founders through the city of Lagos as well as flight schedules, accommodation and other commute needs of attendees throughout the duration of the event
